About this Project
The WinStar Village Apartment complex consisted of 20, two-story apartment buildings, totaling 240 apartments. EST performed all the necessary on-site design including parking for residents, clubhouse parking and associated parking. A circulatory road to the apartment complex was needed for access to the site. Utilities included water system, storm water system and sanitary sewer system.
