About this Project
EST designed the new Duncan Bypass with three bridges, approach roadways and crossovers utilizing both offset and parallel alignments. The bridges included three pre-stressed concrete beam spans with 42 feet of clear roadway crossing over Beech Avenue. Survey, pavement design, utility relocation and traffic study services were also provided during this project.
