About this Project

EST provided an engineering study and report for the existing 7.0 MGD capacity treatment plant. Existing processes include preliminary treatment, primary clarification, sequencing batch reactors, granular media filtration, ultraviolet light for effluent disinfection, and anaerobic sludge digestion and waste sludge gravity belt thickening system. The upgrade added a second primary clarifier, fine screens, grit removal, sludge thickening, and effluent filtration using disc filters, followed by existing disinfection system and new cascade aeration system.
