About this Project

EST provided storm sewer design, water quality ponds, erosion control plans, channel realignment and channel improvements at the bridge crossing located within the Town of Parker, Colorado. The storm sewer included dual 72-inch pipes for the Sand Pit Tributary and 1500 feet of channel relocation. The storm sewer also included over 7,211 linear feet of storm sewer, 21 inlets and three outlet structures for the water quality ponds. A Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) and Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) for Newlin Gulch crossing at Chambers Road was submitted and approved.
