Inclusion & Diversity
EST Inclusion and Diversity
EST makes every effort to not only meet but exceed MWBE/SBE participation goals on projects. At no time will any supplier or subcontractor be subject to discriminatory actions due to age, race, religion, sex, or other protected classifications.
EST takes affirmative actions to engage our MWBE/SBE community. We are, or will soon become, members of a broad range of associations partnering in the transportation engineering industry. Examples include American Indian Chamber, Hispanic Chamber, Hispanic Contractors, Black Chamber, African American Contractors Association, Asian Chamber, Woman’s Chamber, the American Council of Engineering Companies, Women in Transportation Seminar, American Public Works Association, and other local Chambers of Commerce. Active membership in these organizations provides our staff opportunity to know and work with a broad range of service providers that will enhance our team.
EST invites our MWBE/SBE community to communicate with us. There are several opportunities to connect your expertise and availability with our current projects, future project pursuits, our day to day production of deliverables and other support activities we provide to clients. Look for announcements through your local Professional Associations listed above.
