It is with great sadness that EST must inform you that Former Secretary of Transportation and Senior EST Advisor Gary Ridley has passed away.
Gary Ridley was a great leader, mentor to many of us, and a great friend to all of us. His guidance, leadership, and wisdom will be greatly missed by all of us. The positive affect he had on EST and our people will be forever remembered.
