Alameda Gap Paving and Widening, City of Norman
The City of Norman, Oklahoma selected our firm to design the widening of approximately two miles of Alameda Street to five lanes. The project also included roadway and traffic signal improvements at three intersections. This large project required services from our geotechnical engineering, survey, utility coordination, project right-of-way, drainage and design teams. Comprehensive roadway construction plans were completed for the City and bid through the Oklahoma Department of Transportation on an 80/20 funding split. All design plans and construction documents complied with City of Norman, ODOT and AASHTO specifications.
